Insomnia
Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or
stay asleep. Insomnia could be a symptom of another problem, pain,
anxiety, etc. It can
fall anywhere from an occasional bout of wakefulness to an ongoing problem
requiring help from a medical professional. Some causes of insomnia are: Persistent stress Use of stimulants Use of alcohol Misuse or overuse of sleeping pills Noise Light Psychiatric problems Breathing disorders Periodic leg movements Gastroesophageal reflux. If
